The James Brand aimed to improve their unboxing experience. Known for making high-quality knives and tools for adventurers, we developed a cohesive design system to strengthen the bond with their consumers and enhance customer interaction with their products.

We designed a mailer system featuring informational materials and brand merchandise, ensuring that every detail reflected the brand’s mission. As a result we created a system that brought the user journey full circle. Deepening the connection even further, we leverage the product registration process to bring users into the community and create lasting relationships.
